In addition to these activities, TeaLa has been entrusted by the Taiwanese government to organize well-received programs for nurturing industry elites. Simultaneously, the alliance has officially launched the Taiwan-Vietnam Cross-Border Talent Cultivation Program, scheduled to commence in 2024. This initiative aims to bring numerous excellent Vietnamese master's and doctoral students to Taiwan for internships in local businesses, thereby enriching Taiwan's pool of international talents.
Moving forward, TeaLa plans to further engage in government procurement projects, actively participate in various government-led industrial development initiatives, and establish several New Eastward Service Centers in key industrial hubs in Europe and the United States to comprehensively support the international advancement of alliance members and partners.

The CEO and Secretary General of TeaLa, Mr. Edison Chen and Allen Zheng's presentation.

One of the highlights of this meeting is the upcoming Taiwan-Vietnam International Talent Cultivation Program, a program which as of the end of July last year, successfully visited seven top universities in Vietnam. Upon returning, we actively visited and collaborated with well-known universities and high-quality enterprises in Taiwan to discuss the strategies and implementation plans of the program in depth. The demands of enterprises have been preliminarily surveyed, and it is expected that around one hundred Vietnamese students will be sponsored by Taiwanese companies for their studies in Taiwan this year, providing them with internship opportunities and nurturing more international talents.

Two exciting presentations were delivered during the dinner. The first invited Mr. Xie Rong-Feng, Director-General Secretary of the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, to discuss how to integrate "global talents into Taiwanese talents," providing an important perspective for understanding and attracting global talents for Taiwan's use and showcasing Taiwan's charm on the international stage. The second presentation was delivered by Mr. Huang Jian-Xiong, Senior Manager of PwC Taiwan, who introduced the Green Finance 3.0+ iCX Small and Medium Enterprises Net Zero Sustainable Platform, discussing how to achieve sustainable development goals in business practices.

TeaLa is honored to contribute to Taiwan's international development in collaboration with directors, supervisors, and partners. In the coming year, we look forward to continuing our efforts with everyone, creating more successful international industry connections and international talent cultivation programs. We welcome enterprises and academic researchers who identify with the two major pillars of TeaLa to participate and join us as members!
