As the first-ever Chinese-American mayor of Torrance City, George Chen, during his visit to Taiwan, had active exchanges with Edison Chen, the CEO of TeaLa. The opportunity for Mayor Chen to have a dialogue with Louis Chen, the Vice Chairman of TeaLa was also arranged.
