CEO Edison Chen invited as a speaker at the Deloitte Forum

March 16th 2023

In recent times, there has been frequent and close communication between Taiwan and the United States, with strong cooperation. Many Taiwanese companies have taken advantage of this opportunity to enter the US market and establish their industrial supply chains in advance. However, they have encountered obstacles such as state laws, taxation, relevant subsidies, and talent scarcity, which have hindered their establishment of factories in the United States. This forum, organized by Deloitte, targets senior executives of companies and provides investment services for those planning to invest in the United States.

CEO Edison Chen suggests that Taiwan needs to consider two things in order to expand into the international market: "cultivating high-level talents and establishing an industry fleet." These two aspects are urgent and indispensable. First, cultivate highly skilled talents and then utilize the collective strength of the industry fleet to enter the international arena. Rome wasn't built in a day, but the current time is the best opportunity for Taiwan to be recognized by the world, and it should be seized wisely.
