On August 1, 2023, the "Latest American Green Energy Wind Power Opportunities and New Eastward Strategies" online forum brought together representatives from various fields. It was opened with a welcome address by Professor Louis Chen, Vice Chairman of the Eastbound Alliance, setting the stage for discussions on the prospects of American green energy wind power opportunities within Taiwan's New Eastbound strategy. President Ming- Chiang of E.SUN Financial Holdings, who attended the event after returning from New York, mentioned, "The impact of the U.S. government's inflation reduction bill on the green energy industry and the opportunities for collaboration in the green energy sector will bring substantial opportunities for both sides."
