On August 1, 2023, the "Latest American Green Energy Wind Power Opportunities and New Eastward Strategies" online forum brought together representatives from various fields. It was opened with a welcome address by Professor Louis Chen, Vice Chairman of the Eastbound Alliance, setting the stage for discussions on the prospects of American green energy wind power opportunities within Taiwan's New Eastbound strategy.
